Chicago Private Jets arranges charter flights for Chicago, its suburbs and the wider Midwest. Give an advisor a call at 1-888-987-5387, or send the trip in with the form below and we will reply with options.
What to tell us
Tell us where you are flying from and to, when you want to leave and come back, how many people are traveling, and what they are bringing with them. Golf clubs for a winter in Florida or Arizona, skis and boots for a week in the Rockies, and fishing gear or pets for a summer weekend in northern Michigan all change the aircraft that fits. If you would like catering on board or a car waiting when you land, ask, and your advisor can help arrange it. If you have not chartered before, say so, and your advisor will explain each step before you commit.
Which Chicago airport you will use
In a metro this spread out, where you live or work usually decides the airport, so tell us your address as well as your destination. Chicago Executive Airport (KPWK/PWK) in Wheeling serves the North Shore, DuPage Airport (KDPA/DPA) in West Chicago suits Oak Brook, Hinsdale and Naperville, and Chicago Midway International Airport (KMDW/MDW) suits the city itself. Waukegan National Airport (KUGN/UGN) covers the far north suburbs up to the Wisconsin line, and Gary/Chicago International Airport (KGYY/GYY), just across the Indiana line, is another option for the city. Your advisor will compare them for the aircraft and the address you are heading to.
What happens next
We come back with the aircraft that fit and the certified operator for each one, named before you decide anything. Under DOT Part 295, when we book a flight as your agent rather than as the operator, we put it in writing. The advisor who takes your first call stays with the trip all the way to landing. Chicago winters send many travelers south between November and April, so book early for Florida, Arizona or the Caribbean, and expect your advisor to allow time for de-icing on a winter departure.
